Panatronix presents the New Generators "PEAK POWER", "DUAL SWEEP" and "SCUDO" (patented).

The Panatronix Generators supply the energy to Immersed Transducers for the formation and the collapse of millions of microscopic CAVITATION bubbles.


The mechanical action, caused by the collapsing of bubbles combined with the appropriate cleaning solution, removes all dirt from the objects immersed in the ultrasound cleaning tank.

Depending on frequency of ultrasounds, cavitation bubbles are formed, more or less large size with different energy. A lower frequency (20-40 KHz) create fewer bubbles but increase size and energy. They are particularly suitable for removing large and strong particles.

A higher frequency (70-100 kHz) increases in bubbles number but reduces the size and energy. They are suitabled to remove small particles and not to damage delicate materials.

Panatronix produces Generators with high power, durability and reliability starting from 750 W.



INNOVATIVE FEATURES:

PULSE MODE: The ultrasounds are rapidly pulsated in order to accelerate the degasification process and by doing so, greatly improves the cleaning action. They are also energy saving.

SWEEP MODE: The frequency constantly fluctuates around the base rate in order to eliminate the harmful effects of the stationary waves, standardizing and allowing a more consistent cleaning action.

CONTROL POWER: Operating mode ON / OFF local or remote power control with PLC.

POWER DISPLAY: The power is displayed on the front of the generator.

AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF FREQUENCY: The generator always guides the transducer to the best frequency irrespective of the temperature of the liquid and the pieces.

NEW DUAL SWEEP ULTRASONIC GENERATOR

The last generation of Generators.

The frequency is swung (sweep) around two different frequencies.

They are suitable for the washing of delicate pieces without damaging them(aluminium polished etc.).

They are also particularly suitable when on use difficult cavitation liquids such as aliphatic hydrocarbon, modified alcohols, etc.
